I went away for about a week out into the wild wilderness. I had no power so was not able to check in online. Its funny, I don’t have that many close friends. In fact I don’t really have any right now. So between telling my family and my coworkers that I was going to be going away, I didnt need to let anyone else know. And then about 4 days in I get a text. “Have not seen you online in forever, How goes life?”
Its funny how much something little like that means. And then I noticed I had a few more messages from the girls on my derby team. They were worried because they had not seen me in a while. And its funny when something like that happens. Its like a little window opens in a dark room and I get a concentrated ray of sunshine. People were worried about me.
